Payment Terms and Cancellation Policy

Consultations must be paid in full prior to the scheduled appointment. Consultations are only confirmed once payment has been made via the online checkout. Once a consultation booking has been received, a consultation confirmation will be sent via email. A 24-hour cancellation notice period is required to avoid being charged the full cost of your consultation.
